Integrate & Validate: ProPricer Integration Pro Delivers Seismic Efficiencies to Deltek Costpoint

ProPricer can now integrate directly into your Deltek Costpoint environment, significantly automating your procurement capabilities during proposals.

We call this solution ProPricer Integration Pro. You'll call it procurement salvation.

Whether you're part of an entrepreneurial contracting firm or a larger enterprise, Integration Pro means significant acceleration of both your proposal and resource-planning processes.

For any contractor, acquisition efficiencies can naturally increase with this solution, as can compliance and digital transformation. Quality control can lift, as well as nearly every cost and pricing process—for the win.

Of course, many contractors have already seen improvements in proposal bidding with ProPricer. Deltek Costpoint adds streamlined yet powerful processes, as the integration allows pre- and post-proposal work to be done in one holistic environment.

This first release of Integration Pro enables you to pull from your Procurement module to synchronize Parts, Assemblies, Purchase Orders, Quotes, and other material-centric items within your ProPricer environment.

Future releases of Integration Pro will allow connectivity to Rates, Budget vs. Actuals, and more.

Specifically, how does ProPricer Integration Pro work?

A naval contractor receives an RFP from the DoD focused on digital modernization of legacy submarine fleets. The contractor conducts cost calculations and analyses through diverse business lenses, then calculates pricing estimates using ProPricer Contractor Edition - Enterprise.

Now Integration Pro’s task scheduling abilities come into play. In Costpoint, the contractor can set up a series of events to synchronize estimating data. For example, each night at midnight, two fields can automatically sync and overwrite what’s currently there with updates.

Once estimating is on its way, the solution’s Procurement module takes over. It determines factors, such as if our contractor needs to reach out to vendors and find missing quotes for parts they’re bidding on through a proposal, such as submarine digital components.

The Procurement function can also tally the total number of parts estimated so that procurement people can begin material ordering, as well as tally the number of finished submarine systems to be delivered during a specific timeframe—all while complying with the technical and functional phases of proposal fulfillment.

Centralizing the management of projects, people, and finances, Integration Pro enables our contractor to improve operational efficiency and gain real-time insights.

Plus, an integrated cloud offering secures data storage and consistently enhances itself to meet the most up-to-date compliance standards.

When is the right time for the integration? Right now.
