Technical Support

Actively looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide premier quality customer service, support, and training to the company's valued corporate product clients. The successful candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, technical skills, and analytic skills to work closely with the clients, product management, and sales team in support of their efforts. As a team player, you will assist with the proprietary software client and server installations, configurations, and Tier I, II, and III application troubleshooting for enterprise clients.

This role is an entry-level position with potential for growth.
