Greg Dawes joined the Executive Business Services, Inc. Support Team in mid-2017.

Mr. Dawes brings with him over 25 years of IT Support, Technical Support and Quality Assurance experience. Mr. Dawes began his career in the Professional Liability Insurance field, but quickly realized that helping people use and understand computer programs was his forte. Prior to joining our team, he worked for a startup company, X1, where he excelled at providing customers with fast and reliable support, while also writing product documentation and conducting online training classes.

Technology has always been a passion for Mr. Dawes and he enjoys assisting customers with issues they may be experiencing as well as passing along product knowledge. He began conducting EBS Training classes and is driven to learn the various products and pass along information gained.

Mr. Dawes received a Bachelor of Science degree, in Finance, from California State University Chico and currently holds a CompTIA A+ certification.
