PROPRICER Tips & Tricks: Rolling Up Estimates and Adjusting a Task Schedule

Pencil Posted by Jeremiah Hale

Tips & Tricks is a video series produced by our Technical Support team in order to help everyday PROPRICER users get more out of the platform. For comprehensive learning opportunities, please visit PROPRICER Training.

The 'Timescale' and 'Redistribution' Functions

By default, a proposal's resource estimates in PROPRICER are displayed broken down by month/year. But did you know you can also view and modify estimates rolled up into yearly values, or even into one total value for the project? Learn how to use the 'Timescale' function to quickly switch from one timescale view to another.

Also in this episode: when you change the start or end date of a task in PROPRICER, you will be presented with two options for respreading the task's existing estimates: 'keep original distribution' and 'none.' Learn how each method will affect your proposal, and when to use each.
