New Features and Updates Released in 9.3

Pencil Posted by PROPRICER Team

Temecula, CA – PROPRICER, the leading proposal pricing software that helps federal contractors and agencies develop, manage, and analyze their proposal cost volumes has just released its new version of PROPRICER 9.3. With updates available across all versions of PROPRICER, these features bring even more user flexibility to their line of pricing products.

New Features

Custom Proposal Fields- In the Proposal Defaults, up to 20 custom text fields can be created (with or without a default value) and applied to all proposals. Once a field is enabled, it appears on the General page of the Proposal Properties where users can enter data in it, and it appears as an additional column in the Proposal List.

Text Justification Attachment- BOE and SOW text entry is no longer limited to the task level. On the Proposal Input page of the Proposal Properties, users can link BOE and SOW text to higher-level summary fields, such as WBS and CLIN, instead.

Additional Proposal Views- Several additional proposal views are available. They each focus on a specific kind of input data, making it easier to review, find, and update information quickly and accurately. The new views are: Activity View, Allocation View, BOE View, CER View, Formula View, Resource Set View, and SOW View.

New What-If: Target Profit/Fee- Running this What-If adjusts the profit percentage of a proposal, or of individual resource types in a proposal, by a specific factor to approach a target fee. At the resource level, the What-If overrides the input profit/fee rates accordingly. Users can apply this process to all of the proposal’s direct resources or just the ones included in a task, resource, or material selection.

New Report: Proposal CER Factors Report- This new report in the Task category prints the CER factors used in a proposal. Factors can be summarized by multiple summary fields and by timescale in a column matrix format. The report is designed to help users quickly perform a comprehensive CER factor analysis of proposal data.
