Accurate Proposals And Fast "What-If" Scenarios "If you are looking for a way to save time and create more accurate proposals - ProPricer is the tool I would recommend. We have found ProPricer to be a very good investment. Before using ProPricer, we created our proposals in Microsoft Excel. This was a time consuming process subject to many errors as formulas or links were inadvertently changed or deleted. Revising those proposals during the dynamics of fact-finding and negotiation was even more problematic because many variables had to be addressed multiple times. Standard And Customized Reports "ProPricer is a very elegant pricing tool, which makes it very easy to get the data into the system. Direct data entry is easy; you can spread, add, subtract, and change making it efficient. And it is easy to import data sent to us using other programs such as spreadsheets. Standardized reports and Custom Report Writer quickly creates accurate reports. The power of being able to print in many formats (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.) is extremely useful for all of our customers. We also find the What-if; auto adjusts on burdens, grandfather changes, and comparison reports to be very helpful. ProPricer is also very easy to learn. We have trained several people, and initially they are always concerned about learning a new system. But they quickly see that it is easy to learn and use.
