In addition, C. Benjamin Graff is a welcomed addition as the company’s General Counsel. With over fifteen years practice experience specializing in corporate and business law, Mr. Graff, served as Managing Partner and Senior Litigator for Bolte & Graff, focusing on using Civil Law, Federal Process, corporate litigation, and contract negotiation.
