Temecula, CA – August 5, 2004 – Executive Business Services, Inc., makers of ProPricer, today announced the release of the latest version, 8.7, of their industry leading product. The new version contains several features that promise to provide tremendous flexibility to the proposal pricing community.
Heading the list of new features is the duplicate resource capability and special resource fields that have been added to allow user-defined functionality to an already robust area of the product. Allowing duplicate resources on tasks will provide greater detailed visibility for estimates from various functional groups. The additional resource fields will give users greater control over categorizing resource groupings.
‘Rate Bands’, the capability of assigning a given rate(s) to an unlimited number of resources, will in many cases reduce the size of users’ direct rate tables by allowing a ‘one-to-many’ rate structure. This, coupled with burden pool assignments now allowed at the individual resource level, has made ProPricer even more flexible when it comes to assigning and manipulating rates on a proposal.
