CREATE EXCEL SPREADSHEETS AUTOMATICALLY
PROPRICER™ CE gives you the ability to save countless hours by automatically generating Excel spreadsheets from either a customized layout within the report designer, or directly from the many standard reports PROPRICER™ provides. This gives users the extraordinary ability to create self-contained, fully functioning Excel worksheets directly from the proposal database, eliminating the need to manually recreate your proposal to support customer or auditor requirements. Users who are not spreadsheet gurus can create sophisticated spreadsheets and reports quickly and easily.
With the availability of PROPRICER™'s documented API, data can easily be moved from one application to another, or accessed from the database to create helpful internal applications, thereby eliminating redundant data entry. Or if you prefer, proposal data can be either imported to or exported from PROPRICER™ CE using Excel or XML- formatted data.
Although PROPRICER™ provides data rich screens and flexibility, it is not at the expense of data security. Sophisticated access rights are available at the feature level (by user), including read, edit, add and delete functions. Overall proposal rights can be controlled at the user level allowing access for only those who are responsible for preparing the specific proposal.
