ProPricer, AE was evolved from the standard commercial edition of ProPricer, and includes the utilities and features used by industry, Government auditors, and analysts. Understanding programs means that Cost and Price Analysts and Auditors must perform their roles efficiently, consistently and with high levels of accuracy. Will your Acquisition Workforce produce and improve the same way ProPricer has helped the industry improve Pricing Analyst productivity? We believe so. Here’s why:
Key Benefits
- Powerful What-if Capabilities: ProPricer utilities enable fast and accurate analysis of alternate project scenarios
- Improve Acquisition Workforce Productivity: Professional staff produces more output, in less time, with improved accuracy
- Version Tracking: Iterations of vendor cost positions are retained, traceable and reproducible
- Prepare Briefing Reports: Existing and new ProPricer layouts support briefing report preparation
- Automate Data Transfer: Contractor supplied data files are imported into ProPricer Audit in minutes.
- Industry Proven: ProPricer AE functions build on proven, feature-rich ProPricer Standard Edition.
Like all ProPricer applications, ProPricer Audit Edition uses a relational table database, enabling the analysis and reporting functions to be precise and powerful. Analysts can quickly and accurately manipulate or report proposal data by fiscal year, by work breakdown structure, by contract line item, by major or minor cost element – or by any other meaningful segregation of data.
With data rich screens that facilitate data review, understanding and editing, the interface has a familiar Windows look and feel with intuitive, spreadsheet-like grids. Contractor Basis of Estimate rationale and supporting cost and pricing documentation are stored directly in the database and transferred to the analyst/auditor along with all the resource estimates and the direct and indirect rates.
Transfer of ProPricer contractor cost proposal data to the Government analyst/auditor is accomplished using proven procedures. The Contractor cost model is copied exactly, thereby eliminating duplicate data entry by the contractor and/or the Government.
