· The Basics: Practical Tools: ProPricer includes several tools that can be used to increase your productivity and improve your effectiveness. This workshop reviews Drill Down Pricing, Copying Tasks, Archiving, and Rate Overrides
· The Basics - Proposal Input Options: This workshop is designed to show you several new data input methods that are available in ProPricer. This program covers Resource Fields, Summary Fields, Task Filters, Formula Input, and SOW & BOE Images
· The Basics: Reporting: This workshop covers the reporting tools that you can use to determine which report meets your needs. You’ll also become familiar with the reporting options and look at several reports that are used most frequently, such as Ad Hoc, Task and Cost Breakdown. Topics include Report Module Fundamentals, User Top 10, Set Up Options, and Frequently Used Reports
· The Basics: What-Ifs: The What-If capabilities within ProPricer are one of the most useful features that exist in the application. This workshop reviews the basic What-If operations at the proposal and task levels. This workshop covers Flex/Shift Proposal Data, Resource Changes, Resource Distribution, Resource Switching, Travel Switching, Element Target Pricing, and Field Editing
· Power User – Importing: Importing is an easy way to populate several different areas of ProPricer. It is a great way of adding new information without having to manually input your data. This workshop covers Import Methods: ASCII/Excel & XML, Import Tools (Spreadsheet with Macros), and Applied Learning Curves
· Power User - Multi-Currency: ProPricer has recently expanded the multi-currency capabilities of the software. This workshop reviews the various features associated with working with more that one currency. Topics include:
· Custom Currencies, Time Phased Exchange Rate Tables, Multi-Currency Rate Tables, Multi-Currency Material, Multi-Currency Travel, and Multi-Currency in a Proposal (Task & Resource)
· Power User: Groups: In this workshop, you learn about cost estimating relationships in ProPricer, utilize them in various ways on a proposal, and report the cost data associated with them. This workshop covers Resource Groups, Autogroups, Summary Tasks, Flex Groups, and Detail Rates and Factors Report
· Power User - Custom Report Writer: Custom Report Writer is a valuable tool when attempting to create outputs that are not available as a standard report. This workshop covers several new options you can employ when creating layouts and demonstrates how it can be used as exporting method. Topics include Formulas, Standard Reports as CRW Layouts, CRW as an Export, and Output for Three Point Estimating
